BOX 12276 AUSTIN, TEXAS 78711 (512)463-6100 <br /> LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br /> The City of San Marcos has the opportunity to be a graduate city <br /> in the Texas Main street Program. This letter of agreement <br /> represents your commitment to continue as an "official graduate <br /> Main street City". <br /> The following is a list of services your community will receive as <br /> a Graduate Main street city: <br /> * Securinq a Main street Manaqer <br /> <br /> Should a replacement manager be needed resumes of screened, <br /> qualified managers will be provided to the city manager. <br /> * proiect Manaqer Training <br /> <br /> Specialists in the areas of organization, design, promotion <br /> and economic restructuring will provide training for local <br /> project managers. <br /> There are three training opportunities for graduate managers: <br /> Advanced Training in January; Summer Training usually in <br /> June; and Main Street Conference usually in November. <br /> As an official Graduate Main Street City you agree to send <br /> your Main Street manager to at least two of these training <br /> sessions each year. <br /> If a replacement manager who has not attended Main Street <br /> training is hired in an official Graduate Main Street City, <br /> the manager will be required to attend the Basic Training in <br /> January and March.
