<br /> SECTION 4. That the election precincts for the election <br /> shall be, in all respects, the same precincts as those Hays County <br /> Election Precincts which are within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of San Marcos and all those Hays, Caldwell, and Guadalupe <br /> County Election Precincts which are within the boundaries of the <br /> San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District. <br /> SECTION 5. That the polling places for each precinct for <br /> this election shall be as follows: <br />Precinct # Polling Place Precinct Polling Place <br />10 & 13 San Marcos High 15 & 16 Westover Baptist <br /> School Auditorium Church <br /> 1/2 Mile Seguin Bishop and Advance <br /> Highway <br />II Dunbar Center 2Ø & 21 C.M. Allen Homes <br /> 8Øl Martin Luther Office <br /> King Drive Off River Road <br />12 Guadalupe Hall 30 Crockett School <br /> 218 Roosevelt St. 1500 Girard <br />14 City Hall 31 Grace Bible School <br /> 63Ø E. Hopkins Country Estates <br /> 34 & 45 San Marcos Public <br /> Library <br /> 300 West Hutchison <br />36 First American 46 & 47 Travis School <br /> Lutheran Church Old Post Road <br /> 130 West Holland <br />44 Allen Woods Homes Auditorium <br /> Thorpe Lane <br /> Martindale Baptist Church <br /> Staples Civic Center <br /> SECTION 6. That the City Council of the City of San <br /> Marcos, Texas shall, on or before April 19, 1991, by resolution <br /> duly adopted, appoint presiding judges and alternate judges to <br /> serve in this election at the polling places for the respective <br /> precincts set forth hereinabove, and it shall be each such judge's <br /> duty to hold the election in the respective precincts set forth <br /> hereinabove, and any vacancies occurring after the appointment of <br /> judges and alternate judges may be filled by subsequent <br /> resolution(s) of the City Council. <br /> SECTION 7. That each presiding judge shall appoint not <br /> more than two (2) clerks to serve for each precinct in the <br /> election. <br /> SECTION 8. That precincts numbered 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, <br /> 20, 30, 34/45, 36, 44 and 46 shall be polling places for the joint <br /> general and special election of the City of San Marcos, Texas and <br /> the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District. <br /> SECTION 9. That precincts numbered 10, 15, 21, 31, 47, <br /> Martindale and Staples shall be polling places for the San Marcos <br /> Consolidated Independent School District general election only. <br /> SECTION lØ. That the joint general and special election <br /> shall be conducted jointly with the San Marcos Consolidated <br /> Independent School District Board of Trustees Election pursuant to <br /> the terms and conditions of a Joint Election Agreement to be <br /> entered into between the School District and the City. <br /> SECTION 11. That Janis K. Womack is appointed clerk for <br /> absentee voting for said City. <br />
