<br /> 115 <br /> RESOLUTION 1991- 29 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS AND HOT INSPECTION SERVICES, INC.: <br /> AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE <br /> AMENDMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY: AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, on August 8, 199Ø, the City of San Marcos <br /> entered into an agreement with HOT Inspection Services, Inc. <br /> for the provision of inspection services on the Spring Lake <br /> Tank Project: and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend that agreement to <br /> increase the project expenditure from $5,ØØØ.ØØ to $7,ØØØ.Øø: <br /> nOvl, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. Tha t the terms and conditions of Amendment <br /> No. 1 to that agreement between the City and HOT Inspection <br /> Services, Inc. for the provision of inspection services on <br /> the Spring Lake Tank Project, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes, <br /> are hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley is <br /> authorized to execute the amendment on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
