<br /> 116 <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br /> INSPECTION SERVICES <br /> 1.5 MG SPRING LAKE WATER TANK <br /> STATE OF TEXAS <br /> COUNTY OF HAYS <br /> The City of San Marcos and HOT Inspection Services, Inc. <br /> do hereby agree to amend their original agreement for <br /> inspection services on the Spring Lake Tank Project, approved <br /> and executed on August 8, 1990, to increase the allowable <br /> project expenditure from $5,000.00 to $7,000.00. <br /> The parties agree that all of the remaining terms and <br /> conditions of the agreement shall remain in effect and <br /> continue to govern for the duration of the agreement. <br /> By the signing of this amendment, the parties hereto <br /> expressly understand and agree that this amendment shall <br /> become a part of the agreement identified above. <br /> WITNESS OUR HAND EFFECTIVE this 12th day of March <br /> , 19 91 . <br /> City of San Marcos <br /> (fJ .J_-6iJl <br /> Larr .
