Oliver, Jr., Agent and Attorney-in-Fact for Paul Rogers <br /> Estate in the amount of $549.25 due to an overpayment. Ms. Kissler <br /> moved to approve the refund and Mr. Brown seconded the motion, which <br /> passed unanimously. <br /> Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval for authorization <br /> to bid the Patton Street Extension (Gravel Street). Mr. Kreczmer <br /> moved to authorize bidding and Mr. Moore seconded the motion, <br /> which passed unanimously. <br /> Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval for authorization <br /> to bid Group, Life and Hospitalization coverage for City employees. <br /> Ms. Kissler moved to authorize bidding and Mr. Kreczmer seconded the <br /> motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of a change <br /> order for the Victory Gardens Sidewalks Phase II project in the <br /> amount of $4,230.00. Mr. Guerra moved to approve the change order <br /> and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval for renovation <br /> or demolition of the Girl Scout Hut at Lucio Park.
