<br /> 2.2 The OWNER shall furnish required information and services and <br /> shall render responses and conduct its review of written materials as <br /> expeditiously as possible. <br /> AR~ICLE 3 <br /> OUT-OF-POCIŒ~ EXPENSES <br /> 3.1 Out-of-pocket expenses include actual expenditures made by the <br /> ARCHITECT in the interest of the Project for blueprints, printing and <br /> mailing costs, and shall be billed to the OWNER at cost. These <br /> expenses shall be in addition to the ARCHITECT's compensation described <br /> in Article 11, and shall not exceed $500.00 in total amount. <br /> ARTICLE 4 <br /> PADmNT'S TO THE ARCBITEC~ <br /> 4.1 Payments for services shall be made to ARCHITECT upon completion <br /> of each phase of the Project, and following receipt by OWNER of <br /> ARCHITECT's invoice therefor in the amounts set forth in Paragraph 11.1 <br /> of this Agreement. <br /> 4.2 PROJEC~ SUSPENSION OR TERKllIATION If the Project is suspended or <br /> abandoned in whole or in part for more than six (6) months, the <br /> ARCHITECT shall be compensated for all services performed prior to <br /> receipt of written notice from the OWNER of such suspension or <br /> abandonment. <br /> ARTICLE 5 <br /> ARCBITEC"l' . S ACCOu:trrING RECORDS <br /> 5.1 All expense records of ARCHITECT shall be kept on a recognized <br /> accounting basis acceptable to the OWNER and shall be available to the <br /> OWNER or the OWNER's authorized representative at mutually convenient <br /> times. <br /> ARTICLE 6 <br /> OWHERSHIP AND USE OF DOC1JIŒNTS <br /> >.1 Plans, specifications, and other construction contract documents <br /> 1S well as all tracings, survey notes and other original documents <br /> ,hall become the property of the OWNER whether the Project for which <br /> they are made is executed or not. However, ARCHITECT shall not be <br /> responsible for any unintended or unlawful use of the plans, <br /> specifications and construction contract documents by the OWNER or <br /> others. <br /> ARTICLE 7 <br /> TERlUNA~I 011 OF AGREEIŒNT <br /> 7.1 This Agreement may be terminated at will by the OWNER upon at <br /> least fifteen (15) days' prior written notice to the ARCHITECT. <br /> -3- <br />
