<br /> 2.6 The Owner shall furnish all legal, accounting and <br /> insurance counseling services as may be necessary at any time for <br /> the Project, including such auditing services as the Owner may <br /> require to ascertain how or for what purposes the Contractor uses <br /> the money paid by or on behalf of the Owner. <br /> 2.7 The Owner shall furnish required information and <br /> services and shall render responses and conduct its review of <br /> written materials as expeditiously as possible. <br /> 2.8 The Owner shall pay all costs incident to obtaining bids <br /> or proposals from contractors. <br /> 2.9 The Owner shall either direct the Engineer to perform <br /> any and all Additional Services necessary to complete the Project <br /> or shall furnish such services itself. <br /> 2.l0 The Owner shall pay all fees for filing and processing <br /> permits in connection with the Project. <br /> 2.11 The Owner shall bear all costs incident to this Article. <br /> 2.12 The Owner shall provide its standard construction <br /> contract documents which do not include plans or technical <br /> specifications to the Engineer. <br /> 2.l3 The Owner shall provide the Engineer with the accounting <br /> basis for billing acceptable to the Owner. <br /> ARTICLE 3 <br /> CORSTRUC".rIOH COST <br /> 3.1 DEFIRI~IOH <br /> 3.1.1 The Construction Cost shall be the total cost or <br /> estimated cost to the Owner of all elements of the Project <br /> -13- <br />
