<br /> l2.l The Engineer shall .have such other duties and <br /> responsibilities and limitations of authority as agreed to by the <br /> Engineer in writing and as are set forth in the construction <br /> contract documents which are made a part hereof and incorporated <br /> herein by reference as if copied herein verbatim. However, in the <br /> event of conflict, dispute, or discrepancy between the provisions <br /> of this Agreement and the construction contract documents, the <br /> more restrictive and/or burdensome provisions shall govern and <br /> control. <br /> ARTICLE 13 <br /> BASIS OF COIIPERSATIOR <br /> The Owner shall compensate the Engineer for the Scope of <br /> Services provided, in accordance with Article 5, Payments to the <br /> Engineer, and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, as <br /> follows: <br /> 13.1 BASIC COIIPERSATIOR <br /> 13.1.1 For Basic Services, as described in Paragraphs 1.l <br /> through 1.3, and any other services included in Article 1 as part <br /> of Basic Services, Basic Compensation shall be computed as <br /> follows: <br /> The total fee paid to the Engineer shall not exceed the sum <br /> of EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS ($8,000.00). <br /> Construction/Contract Document Phase $3,500.00 <br /> Bidding Phase $1,500.00 <br /> Construction-Administration of <br /> Construction Contract $3,000.00 <br /> -23- <br />
