( Secre taJ.y . ) 1he SecretaJ.y will keep the minutes of <br /> the meetings of ~ Board of Trustees in one or nore bcxJks provided <br /> for that pw:pose; see that all notices are duly given in accordance <br /> with the provisions of these by-laws or as z:equired by law; be custodian <br /> of the Foundation records and of the seal of ~ Foundation and see that <br /> the seal of the Foundation is affixed to all docurrents ~ the execution <br /> of which on behalf of the Foundation under its seal is duly authorized <br /> in accordance with the provisions of the by-laws; keep a register of <br /> the post office address of each Trustee which shall be furnished to <br /> the Secre~ by such Trustee; and such other duties as fran t:iræ to t:iræ <br /> may be assigned to him by the Chairman or by the Board of Trustees . <br /> Section 9. (Executive Director of the Foundation.) '!he Executive <br /> Director of the Foundation, under the general supervision of the Clair- <br /> naIl and Board of Trustees of the Foundatiœ, shall supervise and control <br /> the nonnal business and affairs of the Foundation. He may sign, with <br /> the Treasurer, the Secretary, or any other proper officer of the <br /> Foundation authorized by the Board, any deeds, rrortgages, bonds, con- <br /> tracts, or other instrurænts which the Board of Trustees has authorized <br /> to be executed., except in cases where the signing and execution thereof <br /> shall be expressly delegated by the Board of Trustees or by these by- <br /> laws or by statutes to some other officer or agent of the Foundaticn¡ <br /> and in general he shall perfo:rrn all duties incident to the managaœnt <br /> of the Foundation or as prescribed by the Board of Trustees. <br /> 40 <br />
