<br /> ARTICLE IV <br /> COSTS <br /> 4.01 Initial Pavment. Contemporaneously with the execution <br /> of this Agreement, each Owner has paid to Grantee $120 for each <br /> acre of the Owner's property included in a Zone site. This fee <br /> is not refundable under any circumstances. <br /> 4.02 Zone User Fees. Each User of Activated Zone space <br /> <br /> shall pay Zone User fees to Operator in accordance with listed <br /> rates and charges set forth in a Zone schedule which has been <br /> approved by Grantee consistent with the requirements of the Act <br /> and Regulations. <br /> 4.03 No Additional Costs. Other than the fees referenced in <br /> Sections 4.0~ and 4.02, the Owners shall not be assessed any fee <br /> at any time for their participation in the project. <br /> ARTICLE V <br /> TERMINATION <br /> This Agreement shall terminate upon the revocation of the <br /> grant of foreign trade zone status by the Foreign Trade Zones <br /> Board with regard to the entire Zone. <br /> - 6 - <br /> 02:16590208.90 <br />
