<br /> ARTICLE VI <br /> ADDITIONAL OWNERS <br /> All Owners of property located in the Zone shall join in <br /> this Agreement. Failure of an Owner of property located in the <br /> Zone to execute this Agreement shall render such Owner's property <br /> ineligible for Activation. <br /> ARTICLE VII <br /> MISCELLANEOUS <br /> 7.01 Notices. All notices required or permitted by the <br /> terms of this Agreement shall be given in writing, sent by <br /> certified mail, return receipt requested, to the addresses <br /> specified on the signature page. The date of delivery as <br /> evidenced by the postal return receipt shall be deemed the date <br /> of service of the notice. <br /> 7.02 Amendments. Amendments to this Agreement may be made <br /> only by unanimous written consent of the parties. <br /> 7.03 Governinq Law. This Agreement shall be construed under <br /> and in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. <br /> 7.04 Further Assurances.
