Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, regular meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order by <br />Mayor Daniel Guerrero at 5:31 p.m. on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 in the Council Chambers of the <br />City of San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3. Receive a Staff presentation and update on the 2013 Community Survey, and provide <br />direction to Staff. <br />Collette Jamison, Assistant City Manager, and Chris Tatham of ETC Institute provided the <br />Council with an overview of the 2013 Community Survey. Following discussion Council <br />directed Staff to get their input on the next survey prior to it going out. <br />4. Receive a Staff presentation on the progress of development of a mobile device <br />application for Citizen Requests and City Services, and provide direction to Staff. <br />
