He continued to address the importance of <br />community. <br />Ted Ingwersen, San Marcos, addressed the council regarding the last time that he spoke with <br />Jaimy Breihan and why he was motivated to be against this project. <br />David Wendel, San Marcos, addressed the Council regarding the project and asked the Council <br />to please deny it. <br />Jill Keith, San Marcos, addressed the Council and adopted Don Essen's testimony as her own. <br />She asked the Council to please deny. <br />Thomas Leimeth, addressed the Council regarding his recent certification in regeneration design. <br />He urged the Council to deny this project. <br />Clay Onsworth, addressed the Council regarding his excitement of returning back to San Marcos <br />and just how special this place is. He asked the Council to deny this project. <br />Ashley (inaudible), addressed the Council and thanked them for opening their hearts to this <br />community. It's the nature that keeps us here and asked the Council to deny this project. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Thomaides and a second by Council <br />Member Porterfield, the City Council voted six (6) for and one (1) opposed, Council Member <br />Thomason, to deny Ordinance 2013 -29, as previously captioned. Council also directed Staff that <br />a PDD within the same parameters of this project not be placed on a future agenda for a period of <br />3 years.
