<br />I <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />Plan and profile drawings will be a single topographic plan and a profile. The <br />location of the pipeline and other pertinent data, along with existing structures, <br />trees, utilities, rights-of-way, property lines, tax lot identification numbers, and <br />easement will be shown; and <br />Site plans will be 1 inch = 2 feet horizontal with I-foot contour intervals. <br /> <br />d) <br /> <br />1.5.4 Prepare general plan drawings to include a title sheet, location and vicinity maps, legend <br />and abbreviation sheet, index to drawings, survey data, and other pertinent information general to <br />the Project. The Engineer will review standard details, and modify if necessary to meet project- <br />specific requirements, and include in the plan drawings. The Engineer will prepare detailed <br />drawings to include creek and street crossings; interconnection piping; appurtenances, structural, <br />mechanical, and electrical layout and details; piping; and other drawings and details necessary <br />for the construction contractor to complete the Project. <br /> <br />1.5.5 Prepare specifications in Construction Specification Institute ("CSI") format to include <br />the bid document in WordPerfect or Word format, special provisions, and technical <br />specifications. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1.5.6 Prepare an updated estimate of the construction costs at approximately 50 percent design <br />completion, and following completion of the 100 percent final design. The Engineer will include <br />separate listings for crossing of waterways, railroads, and roadways, and property and street <br />restoration in the cost estimates which will be transmitted to the City for review and approval. <br /> <br />1.5.7 Provide the following deliverables for this Task: <br /> <br />a) Final Design review meeting. <br />b) One reproducible and three copies of all final plans. Plans will be D size, 22- by <br />34-inch format. All scalable plans will have a graphic scale-bar on each individual <br />sheet. Plans will be Microstation compact disks or DVDs. <br />c) One reproducible and three copies of the completed final Specifications. <br />d) Two copies of the itemized cost estimate for construction of the project. <br /> <br />1.5.8 Be responsible for the printing and binding of 7 sets of bid documents (not including <br />construction drawings) at no additional cost to the City. A total of five sets of construction <br />drawings will be provided; four sets will be full-size drawings and one set will include half-size <br />drawings. The Engineer will provide one electronically reproducible copy of the contract <br />documents to the City on CD in pdf format. <br /> <br />1.5.9 Ensure that no reports, maps, or other documents produced in whole or in part under this <br />Agreement shall be the subject of an application for copyright by or on behalf of the Engineer. <br /> <br />1.5.10 Obtain approval from City Inspectors of technical plans and specifications necessary for <br />successful completion of the Project prior to allowing the construction contract to be let for bid. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Davis Lane Wastewater Improvements Project - CH2M Hill <br /> <br />7 <br />
