<br />. Washing impervious surfaces is prohibited unless required for health and safety. <br />. Foundation watering is allowed on any day and at any time. <br />. Other non-essential water uses are restricted as follows: <br />o Restaurants are allowed to serve water only upon customer request. <br />o Reasonable efforts shall be tal<en to reduce other non-essential water uses. <br /> <br />5.3 Stage 2 <br />The following measures are In effect for any period when Stage 2 of the Drought <br />Response Plan has been implemented: <br />. Waste of water is prohibited. <br />. Irrigation with hose-end sprinklers and automatic sprinkler irrigation systems is <br />allowed only one day per week on the designated weekday between the hours of <br />6:00 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. to midnight. <br />. Irrigation with hand-held bucl<et, hand-held hose, soal<er hose and drip irrigation <br />system is restricted as follows: <br />o Irrigation with a hand-held bucl<et or a hand-held hose is allowed on any day <br />and at any time. <br />o Irrigation with a soal<er hose or drip irrigation system is allowed only one day <br />per week on the designated weekday between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 <br />a.m. and 8:00 p.m. to midnight. <br />. Irrigation of golf courses, athletic fields and commercial nurseries is restricted as <br />follows: <br />o Irrigation of golf courses with sprinl<lers is allowed only one day per week on <br />the designated weel<day between the hours of midnight to 10: 00 a.m. and 8: 00 <br />p.m. to midnight. <br />o Irrigation of athletic fields with sprinl<lers is allowed only one day per weel< <br />on the designated weekday between the hours of midnight to 10:00 a.m. and <br />8:00 p.m. to midnight. <br />o Irrigation of plants in inventory at commercial nurseries is allowed on any day <br />and at any time. <br />. Vehicle washing is restricted as follows: <br />o Charity car washes are prohibited except at a certified commercial car wash. <br /> <br />7 <br />
