PLAN INTRODUCTION AND OVERVIEW <br />The following steps are a high level Business Recovery Plan for Cash Cycle Solutions, Inc. and <br />are designed to provide immediate response and subsequent recovery from a business <br />interruption such as loss of utility service, building evacuation or catastrophic event such as a <br />major fire. This Business Recovery Plan provides an overview of the requirements and <br />strategies including specific details on incident response and subsequent business recovery <br />actions and activities necessary to rapidly and effectively recover business operations following <br />such an event. <br />1.1. Objectives <br />The recovery plan has been developed to meet these specific objectives: <br />Provide an organized and consolidated approach to managing response and <br />recovery of activities following any unplanned incident or business interruption, <br />avoiding confusion and reducing exposure to error; <br />2. Provide prompt and appropriate response to any unplanned incident, thereby reducing <br />the impact resulting from short term business interruptions; <br />3. Recover essential business operations in a timely manner, increasing the ability of the <br />company to recover from a damaging loss to the facility. <br />1.2. Scope <br />This plan is designed to create a state of preparedness that will provide an immediate response <br />to any of the following incident scenarios: <br />Any incident causing physical damage such as fire, smoke or water damage. <br />2. Any incident which indirectly affects facility access such as storm closure, <br />emergency building evacuation due to bomb threat, or external threat such as a <br />fire to a nearby facility. <br />
