Disaster impacting the operations of any other company facilities. <br />1.3. Assumptions <br />The plan has been developed and is based upon the following assumptions: <br />Only the home site has been disabled by the disruption; all pre- designated <br />alternate sites are unaffected. <br />2. Off -site storage locations for critical backup files and information are intact and <br />accessible. <br />3. Qualified personnel in sufficient quantities are available to perform business <br />recovery responsibilities. <br />4. Recovery is performed in accordance with the procedures that have been set <br />forth within this plan. <br />5. Information backups are performed, and that any exposures identified have been <br />rectified. <br />6. The telecommunications backup and recovery strategies identified later in this <br />document are fully implemented and tested. <br />7. The recovery resource strategies and solutions (e.g. computer replacement <br />solutions) are available, implemented, and successfully tested. <br />8. External organizations such as customers, vendors, and government agencies, <br />will be reasonably cooperative during the business recovery period. <br />9. Plan review, maintenance, and updates are performed on a regular basis to <br />ensure a viable state of readiness. <br />10.
