Cash Cycle Solutions, Inc. <br />Business Recovery Plan <br />The following section summarizes the basic recovery strategies which will be used in the event <br />of a short or long term business interruption. These strategies will be reviewed and modified as <br />necessary by the Incident Management Team, based on the specific incident circumstances. <br />The following strategies are based upon a worst case scenario of the entire facility being <br />inaccessible for an extended period of time. <br />Plan Activation <br />Key management and support personnel will assemble and form an INCIDENT <br />MANAGEMENT TEAM, providing a single point of control for the initial <br />assessment, plan review and authorization activities. <br />The INCIDENT MANAGEMENT TEAM will subsequently activate additional <br />personnel necessary to perform required recovery activities and direct <br />communication and resource acquisition activities. <br />Response Strategies <br />In the event of an interruption to voice telecommunications or snow day: <br />The main number will be rerouted to the voice mail system with a <br />message of explanation and additional instructions. The Client Services <br />Representatives will change their voice mail messages remotely. Voice <br />mail will be monitored remotely. <br />Operations personnel will be required to report for work. Where <br />necessary transportation will be provided. If there is advance notice, <br />lodging reservations will be made. Customer Support Representatives <br />will provide support from their homes. Customer calls will be routed from <br />the main phone system to the Customer Support Representatives voice <br />mailbox. Emergency calls will be routed to the Director of Operations <br />contact numbers. <br />• In the event of an interruption to short term power failure or interruption to <br />computer services: <br />Manual procedures will be implemented until service is restored <br />All power needs will be supplied by our on -site diesel generator. <br />Recovery Strategies <br />SCENARIO 1 <br />If any of the Cash Cycle Solutions, Inc. Production centers are damaged or inaccessible for an <br />extended period of time (i.e. greater than two days), alternate processing locations will be used: <br />3 <br />
