Cash Cycle Solutions, Inc. <br />Business Recovery Plan <br />All Customer Service representatives will operate from their homes for the first 1- <br />2 days, using the response strategy described above. <br />• A CCS's local business partner's facility, Peak 10 will be used as an off -site <br />location in Charlotte and in San Diego, and an Emergency Building will be rented <br />and used as a facility to house additional personnel as needed. <br />❑ Peak 10 will be notified to activate a backup business office which will contain the <br />backup computer center. <br />Voice service will be available at the Peak 10 location for immediate use. <br />The Customer Service Local Area Network will be re- established at the Peak 10 <br />site within 1 day (24 hours). <br />Connection to server applications will be accomplished through a secured <br />internet VPN link. <br />SCENARIO 2 <br />If the Production building at 3035 -R Horseshoe Lane, Charlotte, NC and Peak 10 at 8910 Lenox <br />Point Dr., Suite A, Charlotte, NC are damaged or inaccessible for an extended period of time <br />(i.e. greater than two days), alternate processing locations will be used: <br />All Customer Service representatives will operate from their homes for the first 1- <br />2 days, using the response strategy described above. <br />• Cash Cycle Solutions will declare a disaster with our business partner SunGard <br />Recovery Services for computer processing and DGW in San Diego, CA will be <br />used as a print and mail facility. <br />❑ Voice service will be available at the SunGard location for immediate use. <br />The Customer Service Local Area Network will be re- established at SunGard <br />within 1 day (24 hours). <br />Connection to server applications will be accomplished through a secured VPN <br />link <br />• The Incident Management Team will be run from the East Coast <br />SCENARIO 3 <br />4 <br />
