Cash Cycle Solutions, Inc. <br />Business Recovery Plan <br />If the Peak 10 facility at 8910 Lenox Point Dr., Suite A, Charlotte, NC is damaged or <br />inaccessible for an extended period of time (i.e. greater than one day), and the CCS facility at <br />3035 -R Horseshoe Lane is operational: <br />All Customer Service representatives will operate from the CCS facility at 3035 -R <br />Horseshoe Lane, Charlotte NC. <br />The files located at the Peak 10 location in Charlotte NC will be restored on <br />servers at CCS at 3035 -R Horseshoe Lane, Charlotte, NC. <br />The print and mail functions will continue to be rendered from the CCS location at <br />3035 -R Horseshoe Lane, Charlotte, NC or San Diego CA. <br />SCENARIO 4 <br />If the Production facility in San Diego is damaged or inaccessible for an extended period of time <br />(i.e. greater than one day), and the CCS facility at 3035 -R Horseshoe Lane is operational: <br />All Customer Service representatives will operate from home. <br />All work will be processed and mailed from the Charlotte Operational Center <br />• The Incident Management Team will run the operation from the East Coast <br />1.5. Recovery Plan Terms <br />The following terms are used throughout the Business Recovery Plan and are defined here for <br />purposes of clarification. <br />Incident Management Team <br />The INCIDENT MANAGEMENT TEAM provides overall coordination of response and recovery <br />support activities. Once an incident occurs, the INCIDENT MANAGEMENT TEAM evaluates <br />which response and recovery actions should be invoked and activates the corresponding <br />recovery personnel. <br />Crisis Management Center <br />
