Cash Cycle Solutions, Inc.
Business Recovery Plan
The Crisis Management Center is a local or off - premise meeting area from which initial
assessment, evaluation, coordination and decision making activities take place. The Crisis
Management Center houses the INCIDENT MANAGEMENT TEAM during the initial phases of
response and recovery. The designated Crisis Management Center will be located at Peak 10
(see section 3.1 of this document for their address).
Consolidated Action Plan
Following an incident occurrence, the INCIDENT MANAGEMENT TEAM will identify critical
personnel to lead the recovery effort and select the appropriate recovery strategies and
solutions. These collective strategies and assignments are collectively referred to as the
Consolidated Action Plan
1.6. Exposures
No exposures were identified.
2. PLAN ACTIVATION OVERVIEW
This Plan Activation section documents the initial evaluation, decision and team activation
activities performed by the INCIDENT MANAGEMENT TEAM. Specifically, these Plan
Activation Procedures include performing the appropriate emergency response procedures,
developing the Consolidated Action Plan and mobilizing the appropriate personnel.
2.1. Activate Emergency Procedures
The Incident Management Plan can be activated in two ways, as a result of any incident
involving building evacuation and as a result of either Security or Telecommunications problem
escalation procedures. Both of these are summarized below.
2.1.1 Building Evacuation Summary
Emergency Response Procedures are documented outside of this Incident Response Plan and
take precedence over the following summary.
The following summarizes the Emergency Response Procedures and is presented for
informational purposes only. Note: the final step of both building evacuation and problems
escalation procedures result in activation of the INCIDENT MANAGEMENT TEAM.
0
