Cash Cycle Solutions, Inc. <br />Business Recovery Plan <br />FIRE & EMERGENCY EVACUATION PROCEDURES <br />1. If you discover fire or smoke, sound the building fire alarm <br />12. When the fire alarm sounds, leave at once. Close doors behind you. <br />• Move quickly, but DO NOT RUN! <br />• DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIGHT THE FIRE! <br />3. Proceed to the nearest marked fire exit and leave the building. <br />4. Give way to emergency personnel. <br />5. Once exiting the building, stay well away from the building. Do not go home <br />or return to work until instructed to do so by emergency personnel or Total <br />Billings management. <br />6. If you are a member of the INCIDENT MANAGEMENT TEAM, and <br />employees are not allowed to reenter the building, report to Crisis <br />Management Center. <br />2.1.2 Problem Escalation <br />An incident may arise from a gradual escalation of an operational problem. Both Security and <br />Telecommunications problem escalation procedures incorporate the following instructions: <br />1. Notify Incident Management Team - Notification should be based upon the <br />following circumstances: <br />• Any incident involving property damage and /or personal injury <br />• Any incident involving a potential business interruption exceeding 30 <br />minutes <br />2.2.
