Cash Cycle Solutions, Inc. <br />Business Recovery Plan <br />Notification of a potentially disruptive incident may come from any of several different sources, <br />depending upon the nature of the incident and time of day. Initial response to the notification is <br />dictated by company emergency response procedures and standard operating practices. <br />The following procedures summarize typical notification flow and initial actions. <br />If you become aware of a potential incident within the facility: <br />Perform all appropriate emergency notification actions (e.g. sound fire alarm). <br />2. Notify Emergency 911 with the following information: <br />• Your name; <br />Description of incident; <br />• Preliminary report of damages and injuries; <br />• Information regarding any attempted or actual notification contacts; <br />• Phone number and location where you can be reached. <br />3. Report the emergency to the INCIDENT MANAGEMENT TEAM immediately. <br />In the event of a building evacuation or utility failure: <br />1. Perform all required emergency response actions <br />2. Report the emergency to the INCIDENT MANAGEMENT TEAM. <br />If notified after hours or via problem escalation: <br />Note the following information when notified of the emergency situation: <br />• Date and time of notification; <br />Person performing notification; <br />• Description of situation; <br />• Any special instructions; <br />2. Report the above information to the INCIDENT MANAGEMENT TEAM. <br />3. INCIDENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES <br />These Recovery Procedures are based upon a worst case disaster such as total destruction or <br />loss of access to the home site, requiring relocation and recovery at alternate location(s). The <br />INCIDENT MANAGEMENT TEAM acts as a central point of contact for coordinating available <br />resource allocation among the associated subordinate areas. Requests for resources and <br />logistical support are funneled through this team. <br />
