Cash Cycle Solutions, Inc. <br />Business Recovery Plan <br />3.1 Activate Incident Management Team <br />Review the TEAM COMPOSITION REPORT (see section3. 1. 1) and ensure all required team <br />members are present at the Crisis Management Center. <br />1. Report your presence upon arrival at the Crisis Management Center. The <br />Crisis Management Center is located at <br />Peak 10 <br />8910 Lenox Point Dr. <br />Suite A <br />Charlotte, NC 28273 <br />Phone: 704 - 264 -1010 <br />If the incident is on the east coast and the Incident Management Team is unable <br />to meet in Charlotte, and Incident Management Team is called on the West <br />Coast, then they will meet at the Production Center in San Diego California. <br />2. Ensure all appropriate emergency response procedures are being followed. <br />3. Notify any missing team member and any additional personnel if circumstances <br />require. <br />NOTE: All notifications must be made following the procedures described in the <br />PERSONNEL NOTIFICATION CONTROL LOG (section 9.2.3) to limit the potential of <br />prematurely alarming families of employees who may have been injured by the disaster <br />and to better manage information flow during the early hours following a disaster. <br />4.
