Cash Cycle Solutions, Inc. <br />Business Recovery Plan <br />Availability of alternative facilities, equipment and supplies; <br />Repair or installation times for replacement equipment; <br />Retrieval, recovery and restoration timing for affected vital records and <br />electronic equipment. <br />5. Determine whether to immediately activate the short term Response Plans. (Note <br />- under some circumstances, Response Plans may be activated immediately <br />before completing development of the Consolidated Action Plan. The following <br />criteria will be used to aid in this determination): <br />5.1. Activate Telephone Service Interruption response plans if the expected <br />interruption will exceed 4 business hours; <br />5.2. Activate Computer Center Service Interruption response plans if the <br />expected interruption will exceed 24 working hours. <br />6. If response plans are to be activated immediately, authorize appropriate <br />personnel to activate Recovery Procedures. <br />3.2.2 Conduct Damage Assessment Inspection <br />Evaluate the damage to any affected Work Groups. <br />Review assessment requirements, ensuring all participating personnel are <br />familiar with: <br />• Assessment procedures; <br />• Reporting requirements and forms; <br />Safety and security issues; <br />Any special insurance issues. <br />NOTE. Access to the facility following a fire or potential chemical contamination will <br />likely be denied for 24 hours or longer. <br />2. Building access permitting, conduct an on -site inspection of your department's <br />affected areas to assess damage of the following: <br />2.1 Electronic equipment (destruction, short term restoration, and immediate <br />suitability of use -- not long term salvage potential on contents); <br />13 <br />
