Cash Cycle Solutions, Inc. <br />Business Recovery Plan <br />2.2 Essential records -- hard copy (files, manuals, documentation, etc.) and <br />data on other media (personal computer data, microfilm, etc.) -- to assist <br />in finalizing actual recovery strategies and determining an overall <br />restoration /salvage plan. <br />2.3 Electronic equipment and telecommunications repair times (personal <br />computers, mainframe terminals, telecommunications equipment, mailing <br />equipment, postage meters); <br />2.4 Physical facility (environmental conditions, physical structure integrity, <br />etc.). <br />3. Instruct team members to provide the following immediately following the on -site <br />inspection: <br />3.1 Documented assessment results using the ASSESSMENT AND <br />EVALUATION FORMS (section 9.1.1); <br />3.2 Identify the salvage priorities on the above, noting which vital records and <br />electronic equipment are needed for recovery activation and could be <br />operationally restored and retrieved quickly, or those which have the <br />greatest potential adverse effect on the company. <br />3.2.3 Develop Response and Recovery Recommendations <br />Develop recommendations on which strategies should be implemented, taking into account <br />results of the assessment process and any special timing or business issues (month -end <br />closing, extraordinary business volumes). <br />Review and update pre - planned recovery strategies which are briefly described <br />above in the STRATEGY OVERVIEW section, considering: <br />• The areas affected by the disaster; <br />• Pre - planned recovery timing objectives; <br />• Availability of required resources; <br />• Any special timing circumstances such as relationship to month -end, <br />quarter -end, year -end, etc; <br />• Any special business issues (e.g. unusual business volume or backlog, <br />unusual contractual obligations); <br />14 <br />
