Cash Cycle Solutions, Inc. <br />Business Recovery Plan <br />Regulatory obligations; <br />2. Review minimum acceptable recovery requirements considering: <br />Salvageable equipment and supplies (as documented in the <br />ASSESSMENT & EVALUATION FORMS, section 9.1.1); <br />Availability of equipment and supplies at potential alternate or off site <br />locations; <br />3. Review and update ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION FORM (section 9.1.1) <br />considering: <br />Salvageable records required for recovery activities; <br />Records that require intensive reconstruction activities; <br />4. Develop a Restoration Priority. Update with any recommended changes taking <br />into account the available resources and current business requirements. <br />5. Update the INCIDENT OBJECTIVES AND STRATEGIES FORM (section 9.2.1). <br />This form is used to clearly communicate the incident recovery objectives to all <br />participants. The statement of objectives may be updated as the incident <br />progresses, but only one consolidated statement exists per incident. <br />3.3. Activate Work Group Personnel <br />Instruct all affected Work Group recovery team leaders to activate their recovery teams. <br />3.3.1 Organize Recovery Team Schedules <br />Establish work and rotation schedules based on work load, available resources and available <br />personnel. <br />Review the employee notification status, noted on the TEAM COMPOSITION <br />REPORT, indicating the availability of personnel. Assign personnel, based on <br />availability, to participate in recovery activities. <br />2. If overtime or additional shifts are required due to workload or facility constraints, <br />establish a personnel rotation schedule. <br />3. Develop a list of personnel who are not required for time sensitive activities <br />during the early part of the recovery. <br />15 <br />
