Cash Cycle Solutions, Inc. <br />Business Recovery Plan <br />3.1 Re- assign idle personnel to assist with salvage activities and other time <br />sensitive areas. <br />3.2 Monitor re- assignment of idle employees throughout the recovery. <br />4. Provide the following information and direction during this briefing: <br />4.1 Updated essential business functions, detailing updated timing <br />requirements; <br />4.2 Updated MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS CHECKLIST; <br />4.3 The assigned alternate work location(s); <br />4.4 Contact information for the INCIDENT MANAGEMENT TEAM, alternate <br />work locations, and other relocated departments. <br />3.3.2 Travel to Alternate Site <br />Provide directions to the alternate site to each employee as required. (NOTE: IF A <br />TEMPORARY ALTERNATE SITE IS REQUIRED, THE INCIDENT MANAGEMENT TEAM WILL <br />OBTAIN THE ALTERNATE SITE.) Since the alternate site will be local, transportation will be <br />each employee's own responsibility. <br />3.3.3 Organize Recovery Site Work Areas <br />Organize the assigned alternate work location(s), by locating workstations and equipment: <br />1. Determine where personnel will be placed in the alternate work location. A sketch <br />of the facility, identifying where workstations will be set up and where equipment <br />will be located on the bulletin board outside the employee break room. Pay <br />particular attention to access of telephones and A/C power. <br />2. Coordinate the acquisition and installation for: <br />Replacement of electronic equipment and standardized software; <br />Voice and data telecommunications; <br />Temporary replacement workstations; <br />01 <br />
