1.7.1 Provide all mailing supplies necessary for efficient and economical mailing of utility <br />bills, delinquent notices and arrears notices. <br />1.7.2 Ensure that all utility bills, delinquent notices, arrears notices are generated and mailed <br />within one business day from the day data is transferred to Contractor. Ensure utility bills and <br />delinquent notices are generated and distributed on the specified dates as indicated in the file <br />uploaded by the City. <br />1.7.3 Ensure that all envelopes and packages are properly sealed before mailing. <br />1.7.4 Ensure that the Bar or OCR code is present on the outside of the item in order to obtain <br />the most economical postage rate. <br />1.7.5 Maintain stationary or be capable of printing City or Utility information on the back of <br />each bill and notice as requested. <br />1.8 TASK 8 - REPORTS <br />The Contractor will: <br />1.8.1 Provide detail and summary reports (electronically) of transactions for each mail - <br />out /distribution through access to the CCS Mail Manager. In addition the Contractor will <br />include exception reports of any items within the batch that failed to process with a detailed <br />explanation of the cause. <br />1.8.2 Generate reports to include current project production reports, overall production reports, <br />and history and analysis of billing information. <br />1.8.3 Transmit production reports to the City within one business day from the day of data <br />transfer to the Contractor. <br />1.8.4 Maintain the United States Parcel Service ( "USPS ") Coding Accuracy Support System <br />( "CASS ") certification processing software or a software system which performs the same <br />function for the purpose of ensuring a current address verification process for the City. <br />1.8.5 Maintain address lists provided by the City. <br />1.8.6 Provide the City with internet access to website (via usemames and passwords) for <br />review of status of all reports and files. <br />1.9 TASK 9 - WAREHOUSING <br />The Contractor will: <br />t'd >Inc. ; ono e°ment 1013 <br />4 <br />
