Note any changes or exceptions to documented Business Recovery Plan so that <br />these changes may be permanently captured following the recovery process. <br />8. PREPAREDNESS PROCEDURES <br />These Preparedness Responsibilities include ongoing (normal day -to -day business operation) <br />responsibilities necessary to maintain the Business Recovery Program. In addition, they include <br />recommended regularly scheduled Plan Review and Enhancement activities which address the <br />business requirements, recovery strategies and personnel training type issues. <br />8.1. Maintain Current Recovery Preparedness <br />Ensure that the documented Recovery Procedures, including all identified recovery resources <br />and procedures, are maintained in a current state of readiness. <br />Maintain a current copy of your Business Recovery Plan at home and at your <br />office. <br />2. Ensure that all team members and alternates maintain a current copy of this <br />Business Recovery Plan at home. <br />3. Ensure that all recovery team personnel consider recovery preparedness a part <br />of their normal duties. <br />4. Ensure that backup and off -site rotation activities for vital records, including PC <br />media, are being performed. <br />5. Maintain your Business Recovery Plan, including all procedures, checklist and <br />team rosters in an up -to -date condition. Update this plan for any of the following <br />circumstances: <br />5.1 Changes to department personnel identified within the TEAM <br />COMPOSITION REPORT (section 3.1.1); <br />5.2 Significant changes to business recovery requirements which reflect <br />changes to the Recovery Windows; <br />5.3 Significant changes to business recovery procedures, such as the <br />addition of new business functions, support systems (e.g. new computer <br />applications) or new business practices (e.g. receiving orders via new <br />electronic sources) or organization changes. <br />6. Participate in the overall Business Recovery Plan Exercise Program, as required. <br />26 <br />
