Develop scenarios for 2013, 2018, 2023, and 2033 to estimate water age throughout the <br />system under summer and winter conditions. Evaluate impact of imported HCPUA on <br />the operation of the system. <br />2. Identify the locations of areas where potential problems associated with high water age <br />and /or blending could develop. <br />M. Develop Capital Improvements Projects (CIP) List <br />1. identify capital projects necessary to maintain regulatory compliance in each target year <br />(2018, 2023, and 2033). <br />2. Identify capital projects necessary to serve anticipated development in each target year. <br />3. Identify capital projects necessary to restore aged infrastructure in each target year. <br />4. Identify capital projects necessary to increase system /operational efficiency in each <br />target year. <br />S. Develop opinions of probable cost for each project. <br />N. Develop Comprehensive System Map <br />1. Develop a system map to Identify the locations and tlmeframe of CIP projects. <br />O. Deliver Draft Master Plan Update <br />1. Provide 8 copies of Draft Master Plan Update for CLIENT review <br />2. Address any CLIENT comments <br />P. Deliver Final Master Plan Update <br />1. Provide 8 copies of Final Master Plan Update and 1 electronic copy <br />2. Provide Electronic Hydraulic Model Files <br />Q. Meetings <br />1. One kickoff meeting will be conducted at the CLIENTS offices <br />2. Four project progress meetings will be conducted at the CLIENTS or ENGINEEWs offices <br />1.
