• Additional field verification services, Including mobile technology verification requiring more <br />than 24 hours of field work or analysis. <br />• Master meter installations. <br />• Pump performance testing beyond the pumps listed in Task D. <br />• Additional copies of project deliverables. <br />• Additional training or ongoing technical support, Including training City staff on the use of <br />mobile technology for field verification of assets. <br />• Technical support In the development of projected water and wastewater rates. <br />• Technical support in the development of bond funding packages. <br />• Technical support with contract negotiations with neighboring utilities concerning connections <br />to the system. <br />• Water quality modeling for specific quality parameters, other than water age. <br />• Capacity analysis related to developments including, but not limited to, Whisper Texas, McCarty <br />Commons, Gas Lamp PID. These analyses will be evaluated as part of the Miscellaneous Water <br />Modeling Contract between APAI and the City of San Marcos. <br />• Any other activities not specifically identified in BASIC SERVICES. <br />If the ENGINEER Identifies an Additional Service that Is required, the ENGINEER shall provide notice to <br />the DISTRICT and provide a budget estimate for the specific scope. The ENGINEER shall not proceed with <br />the Additional Services without specific written authorization from the DISTRICT. <br />PROJECT SCHEDULE <br />The ENGINEER shall deliver the Draft Water Master Plan Update within ten (10) months of receiving all <br />information listed in Task A of this Scope of Services. The Final Water Master Plan Update will be <br />delivered within two (2) weeks of receiving final comments from the CLIENT on the draft report. <br />
