The specific recommendations will be made for land uses which encompass the principle <br /> requirements of each kind of use, such as sizes of hangars and support structures, paving design <br /> standards, security requirements. etc. <br /> General aviation facilities requirements will be driven primarily by the numbers of aircraft and area required <br /> for hangars, tie downs and other faciHties. Corporate users will be considered in terms of functional and <br /> operational requirements, amenities, access and other attributes. Support facilities for maintenance and <br /> other uses will also be considered. Upon completion of this task, the specific acreage required for initial, <br /> intermediate, and ultimate airport facility development will be known, and a comparative analysis of cuffent <br /> vs. future facility requirements will be made. <br /> Task 5.2 AnalySIs of Constraints to Alrpon Development <br /> Examination of major constraints to airport development and will be used to define basic airport <br /> development parameters.
