The term "public library" shall be defined <br /> according to Sec. 441.122 (12) of the Library Systems Act: "'Public Library' <br /> means a library operated by a single public agency or board, that is freely <br /> open to all persons under identical conditions, and that receives its financial <br /> support in whole or in part from public funds." Also, the phrase "without <br /> public library service" will carry the same definition as stipulated in Rule <br /> 1.94 of the Rules for Administering the Library Systems Act. <br /> <br /> 5 <br />
