Direct non-labor expense are defined as all non-labor expenses incurred by the Consultant <br />which are directly chargeable to the Project, which in general include expenses for suppliers, transportation, <br />equipment, travel, communications, subsistence and lodging away from home, field office expense, <br />reproduction, and similar incidentals. <br />4.3 ADDITIONAL COPIES OF PRINTED DOCUMENTS <br /> Additional copies in excess of 20 copies of the final report and 8 copies of full size drawings shall <br />be furnished to the Sponsor upon request of the Consultant, and shall be paid for by the Sponsor at actual <br />invoice cost to the Consultant plus 10%. <br />4.4 PAYMENT TO CONSULTANT <br /> All payments for services rendered pursuant to this Agreement by the Consultant shall be approved <br />and paid or disapproved within 30 days after invoice date. <br /> 4.5 All payments are specifically contingent upon the receipt of grant funds from the Federal <br />Aviation Administration for the Federal share of the Project. <br /> 4.6 Any alteration of the Scope of Work affecting the contract price shall be made only by <br />written change order approved in writing by the Sponsor. <br /> ART'CLE 5 <br /> PERIOD OF SERVICE <br /> 5.1 The Airport Master Plan Update will require approximately six (6) months to complete. <br />Additional time may be required by FAA for coordination and review of the documents. <br /> 5.2 Times to complete The Study are exclusive of delays beyond control of the Consultant. <br /> 5.3 Modification of the Work Schedule shall be made only by written modification of this <br />Agreement signed by both the Sponsor and Consultant. <br /> - 3- <br />
