<br /> Page 11 <br /> name and address of the processing site(s) used during the term of <br /> this contract. All recyclable materials collected shall be <br /> transported by the CONTRACTOR to its processing site (s). The <br /> processing site must be duly approved and currently permitted by <br /> the Texas Department of Health. Loads into said sites will be <br /> accounted fÇ>r by weighing. Following separation, materials will <br /> be weighed by type. The COftRAC"l'OR is solely responsible for <br /> marketing of recyclable materials collected. <br /> 2.14.1 The CONTRACTOR shall follow all applicable State of Texas <br /> rules and regulations when operating on the separation/processing <br /> site ( s). Materials which cannot be utilized by recycling markets, <br /> for any reason will be disposed of by the CONTRACTOR at a legally <br /> permitted municipal solid waste facility. Contaminated recyclable <br /> materials collected from customers in the Contract area shall be <br /> disposed of properly. Failure of COBTRAC"l'OR to operate its <br /> processing site(s) in accordance with all applicable regulations <br /> shall be considered non-compliance with this Contract. <br /> 2.15 RECORDS The CITY shall have the right of free inspection <br /> <br /> of any and all financial records of the CONTRACTOR, including <br /> balance sheets, profit and loss statements, daily income and <br /> disbursement records for all operations conducted within the CITY <br /> related to the collection of recyclable materials. The CPJr.rRACIl'OR <br /> will provide the CITY with a quarterly report accounting for all <br /> recyclable materials collected to be broken down by type of <br /> material and stating revenue amounts for marketing of each type of <br /> material. <br />
