COB'mAcmR <br /> shall inform affected residents as to schedules and routes. <br /> 2.10 EMPLOYEES The CONTRACTOR shall furnish to the City, the <br /> <br /> name of the CONTRACTOR's managing agent prior to commencing <br /> collection operations and shall notify the City if the managing <br /> agent is changed at any time. The managing agent shall serve as <br /> the point of contact for dealings and communications with the <br /> COftRAcmR; and a notice or request to the CONTRACTOR's managing <br /> agent shall be considered sufficient notification to the <br /> Contractor. <br /> 2.10.1 The CONTRAC"l'OR shall prohibit drinking of alcoholic <br /> beverages by its employees while on duty or in the course of <br /> performing their duties under this Contract. <br /> 2.10.2 Employees driving the CONTRACTOR's vehicles shall at all <br /> times possess and carry a valid Class B vehicle operator's license <br /> issued by the State of Texas. <br /> 2.10.3 CONTRACTOR's employees, officers and agents shall, at no <br /> time, identify themselves as being employees or agents of the <br /> CIft. <br /> 2.10.4 CONTRACTOR's employees shall be required to wear a clean <br /> uniform bearing the CONTRACTOR's name and the individual's <br /> identification.
