<br /> Page 5 <br /> 2.4 PLACE OF COLLEC~IOH Collection of residential refuse shall <br /> <br /> be through curbside collection. <br /> 2.5 RECYM.ART.R MATERIAL OUANTITIES AND PREPARA~IOH Residents <br /> shall not be limited in the number of containers they place out <br /> for removal. The CONTRACTOR shall provide for the separation of <br /> recyclable materials. Customers shall be required to use <br /> containers provided by the CONTRACTOR for setting out materials <br /> for pickup. <br /> 2.6 HOH-RESIDEftIAL COLLEC~IOH This contract shall not include <br /> non-residential recyclable materials collection. <br /> 2.7 ~nm OF COLLECTION The CONTRACTOR shall not commence <br /> collection of recyclables in residential areas prior to 6:30 a.m. <br /> or continue collection after 9:00 p.m. All collections shall be <br /> made as quietly as possible and conform to all noise regulations <br /> in effect in the Contract area. <br /> 2.8 HOLIDAYS The CONTRACTOR shall observe three (3) legal <br /> <br /> holidays in each calendar year (New Year IS Day, Thanksgiving Day <br /> and Christmas Day). The COH'l'RACTOR shall not be responsible for <br /> the collection of recyclable materials on these holidays, but <br /> CON".rRAcroR s hall nevertheless be responsible for collection from <br /> each residential dwelling unit at lease once a week. CO:tr.rRACroR <br /> shall designate alternate days for these collections as part of <br /> its service schedule. <br /> 2.9 SCHEDULES.
