32 MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, JUNE 27, 1983 PRESENT: Mayor * Emmie Craddock Mayor Pro-Tem Karl Brown Council Members Gerald G. Farr Fred Guerra Betty Jane Kissler John A. Kreczmer ** Jaime Moore City Manager A. C. Gonzalez City Secretary Janis K. Womack City Attorney Barbara Jean Edwards Director of Finance Earl Williams Director of Public Works George Boeker City Planner Joe Garza Community Development Program Manager Ronnie Dannelley Also Present: Jackie Matthys, Vince VandeWalle, David Valle, Charles Stone, Olga Garza, Jerri Martin, Gregg Echols, Gene Hildebrandt, Jerry Moore, Ken Long, Karen Brown, Joe Cox, Bobby Dupree, Members of the Masonic Lodge and others. Mayor Pro-Tem Karl Brown called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Mr. Brown introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held June 13, 1983. Mr. Farr moved to approve the minutes and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion. On roll call the follow- ing vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Guerra, Kreczmer. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Kissler. Mr. Brown introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held at 5:00 p.m. on June 14, 1983. Mr. Guerra moved to approve the minutes and Mr. Farr seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Guerra, Kreczmer. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Kissler. Mr. Brown introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held at 5:00 p.m. on June 15,1983. Mr. Farr moved to approve the minutes and Mr. Brown seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Guerra, Kreczmer. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Kissler. * Mayor Craddock was not present at this meeting. ** Jaime Moore was present at 7:40 p.m.
