<br /> ( 2) Describe chemical storage facilities, including those <br /> external to main building(s), and measures to be taken to <br /> prevent or control spills. <br /> ( 3) Describe procedures for addressing both major and minor <br /> spills, including emergency response plan. <br /> ( 4) Describe proposed scheduling of facility inspections for <br /> detection of leaks or conditions that could lead to spills. <br /> ( 5) Describe the proposed employee training program relative to <br /> the SPCP. <br /> ( 6) Describe all sp ill prevention and containment equipment, <br /> materials and structures (curbing, reserve capacity in <br /> process or treatment units, standby tanks, alarms, <br /> absorbents, e t c . ) . <br /> ( 7) Describe the "Best Management Practices Plan" (BMPP) to <br /> reduce amounts of prohibited materials (TTOs and other <br /> substances) in facility liquid waste discharge. <br /> EXISTING INDUSTRIAL USER PERMITTEES <br /> Within (30) thirty days of the effective date of the <br /> Ordinance, a listing of all chemicals used in process(es), <br /> formulation(s) or in manufacturing shall be submitted to the <br /> Director. <br /> At the discretion of Director, permittees may be required to <br /> revise and update their Spill Prevention and Control Plan as <br /> deemed appropriate. <br /> ALL INDUSTRIAL USER PERMITTEES <br /> Within (7) seven days of adding a new chemical or material <br /> to be used in process(es) or product(sJ, the name of the chemical <br /> and MSDS for same shall be submitted to the Director. <br /> 19 <br />
