<br /> ( 3) Secondary contact for emergency response (telephone numbers- <br /> work and residence). <br /> ( 4) Facility operational schedule. <br /> ( 5) Type of industrial processes used and products manufactured. <br /> ( 6) Expected volume of process liquids to be discharged daily. <br /> ( 7) Description of pretreatment, if applicable, to be utilized. <br /> (8) Expected volumes of new and spent chemicals to be stored on <br /> site. <br /> Specific information required includes: <br /> ( 1) Facility sketch(es) showing process areas and units, <br /> treatment units, discharge point (proposed) and areas where <br /> chemicals are stored. <br /> ( 2) Provide a listing of all chemicals and raw materials to be <br /> used. <br /> ( 3) Provide copies of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) of <br /> chemicals to be used. <br /> (4) Provide liquid capacity of each process unit and each <br /> treatment uni t. <br /> ( 5) Provide name and address of petson contracted for transport <br /> of hazardous wastes off-site for disposal. <br /> ( 6) Provide the hazardous material registration number assigned <br /> by the Texas Water Commission. <br /> Descriptive information required includes: <br /> ( 1) Describe means and capacity of secondary containment to be <br /> employed for all potential pollutant liquids to be used or <br /> stored to reduce spills. <br /> 18 <br />
