<br /> A P PEN D I X C <br /> Permit ~o. <br /> SAM P L E <br /> I~DUSTRIAL USER PERMIT <br /> In accordance with the provisions of Section 30-99 of the San <br /> Marcos Code of Ordinances as amended. <br /> is hereby authorized to discharge industrial wastewater from the <br /> above identified facility into the City of San Marcos sewer <br /> system in accordance with the effluent limitations, monitoring <br /> requirements, and other conditions set forth in this permit. <br /> All discharges authorized herein shall be consistent with the <br /> terms and conditions of this permit.
