RECEIVING AGENCY reserves the right to recover the cost of equipment or <br /> supplies purchased by the RECEIVING AGENCY and placed in the custody of the <br /> PERFORMING AGENCY if such articles are lost, stolen, or otherwise unlocated. <br /> SECTION IV. BUDGET: <br /> All catagories of costs billed to the RECEIVING AGENCY and allocation of such <br /> costs must be in accordance with the "Plan to Allocate Direct Costs," (PADC) , <br /> submitted by PERFORMING AGENCY and approved by RECEIVING AGENCY. A listing of <br /> the categories contained in the negotiated PADC are shown in Exhibit A of this <br /> attachment. <br /> PERFORMING AGENCY agrees that $924.66 per month of the "maximum reimbursements" <br /> (calculated: 1,401 sq. ft. at a cost of .66ç per sq. ft.) will be restricted by <br /> the RECEIVING AGENCY and applied as payment for lease space provided to the <br /> PERFORMING AGENCY at 219 South Leonard Lane, Seguin, Texas. <br /> -5- <br />
