Plans shall be at a 1" <br />= 40' scale and done in Microstation (.dgn) format. <br />1.3 Deliverables: <br />1.3.1 Draft PER (3 hard copies, 1 PDF) <br />1.3.2 Final PER (3 hard copies, 1 PDF) <br />Task 2: Design Phase Services (90 %/100 %) <br />2.1 Meetings: <br />2.1.1 Conduct 3 project meetings and 1 public meeting with city staff, key design team <br />members, and \or stakeholders as project progresses. <br />2.2 Easement Surveys (Up to 1 permanent and /or temporary construction easement): <br />2.2.1 Calculate easement areas for 1 metes and bounds description for the proposed <br />water line. <br />2.2.2 Prepare metes and bounds descriptions for the calculated easement area and <br />provide a graphic sketch to accompany the description. <br />2.2.3 Allowance for a minor amount of field survey work has been included in the <br />event it is necessary to recover and tie monumentation in order to complete the <br />description. <br />2.3 Permitting: <br />2.3.1 Obtain necessary permits from TxDOT and FAA (if required). <br />2.4 90% Design Plans <br />2.4.1 Halff will prepare the 90% design plans for the water line improvements <br />including the following: <br />• Cover sheet <br />• Project layout <br />• General notes <br />• Quantities broken down by page <br />
