N. LBJ Lift Station <br />Generator Re- Design <br />As noted in the Design Phase discussion, the current generator is anticipated to be re -used as part of <br />the new lift station. This could pose a limitation on the size of the pumps that can be used in the <br />station and therefore, after analysis provided by LAN in the preliminary phase, the City may choose <br />to increase the pump size and generator size on the project. The supplemental services will include: <br />• Sizing of generator and related electrical conductors, conduit and disconnects. <br />• Preparation of specifications for the new generator. <br />• Design of new structural pad for the generator. <br />• Construction phase services (submittal review, RFIs) associated with the new generator. <br />Inspection Services <br />LAN will assist the City with to be determined inspection services for the lift station. Inspections <br />may include coatings inspections, electrical inspections or other inspections that are determined to be <br />needed by the City.
