For technical information concerning this matter, you should regard Mr. stephen Jenkins, Director of Environment and Engineering, as your contact with the City. Your fees for professional services are to be charged a.t hourly rates ranging from $75.00 for junior attorneys. to $2.25.'00 for senior attorneys, depending on experience. and special expertise. Services tha.t. you perform. will be at a ra.te of $175.00 per hour. Fred Werkenthin and/or Dick O'Neil. will likely be assisting you in this matter, from. time to time, and these hourly rates are $100.00 and $145.00 respectively.
