<br /> City of San Marcos <br /> 630 East Hopkins Street <br /> San Marcos, Texas 78666 <br /> NOTICE OF AWARD <br /> STATE OF TEXAS <br /> COUNTY OF HAYS <br /> THIS CONTRACT AWARD made this 5th day of <br /> <br /> November , 19 91 by the CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> <br /> hereinafter called the OWNER, to PAYTON CONSTRUCTION, INC. <br /> OF WIMBERLEY, TEXAS, hereinafter called the CONTRACTOR, is <br /> for the completion of a certain project described as: SAN <br /> MARCOS PARKWAY CULVERT REPLACEMENT <br /> for the use and benefit of Owner, as described on the <br /> CONTRACTOR's PROPOSAL and on the plan sheet attached to these <br /> contract documents. <br /> The consideration to be paid by the Owner to the <br /> Contractor for completion of the project in accordance with <br /> the contract documents is the sum of: $46 ,221. 30 <br /> <br /> subject to adjustment based upon the actual installed <br /> quantities of bid items and the unit prices shown on the <br /> CONTRACTOR's PROPOSAL. <br /> Commencement of work under this contract shall begin not <br /> more than five (5) days after Contractor's receipt of a <br /> Notice To Proceed issued by the Owner and the project is to <br /> be fully completed on or before 1b calendar days after that <br /> specified date unless otherwise subsequently agreed. <br /> -4- <br />
