V, § E <br /> submitted on the preliminary plat as a guide to the instal- <br /> lation of streets, water, sewer and other required improve- <br /> ments and utilities and to the preparation of the final or <br /> record plat. Conditional approval of a preliminary plat <br /> shall not constitute automatic approval of the final plat. <br /> f. Conditional approval of a preliminary plat shall be effec- <br /> tive for six (6) months unless reviewed by the commission <br /> in the light of new or significant information which would <br /> necessitate a revision of the preliminary plat. If the com- <br /> mission should deem changes in a preliminary plat as <br /> necessary, it shall so inform, in writing, the subdivider. <br /> g. If no development has occurred which would affect the <br /> proposed plat, after six (6) months of effective approval, the <br /> commission may, upon the application of the subdivider, <br /> extend the six (6) months approval. <br /> h. Approval of a preliminary plat or subdivision master plan <br /> shall not constitute automatic approval of the final plat. <br /> (Ord. No. 1983-37, §§ 4,5,7-25-83; Ord. Final plat, construction plans. <br /> Within the period of commission approval of the subdivision <br /> master plan or preliminary plat, the subdivider shall cause to be <br /> prepared a final plat and construction plans of that land platted <br /> in the subdivision master plan or preliminary plat, and incorpo- <br /> rating any and all changes, modifications, alterations, correc- <br /> tions, and conditions imposed by the commission in approving <br /> the subdivision master plan or preliminary plat. The city plan- <br /> ning commission, with the concurrence and approval of the city <br /> council, shall determine and set forth a fee schedule for the <br /> purpose of recovering administrative costs of processing. <br /> 1. Final plat: <br /> a. The final plat shall be drawn with drawing ink on <br /> linen tracing cloth, or dimensionally stable matte film <br /> sheets, eighteen (18) inches wide and twenty-four (24) <br /> inches long, with a one and one-half (1 Yz) inch margin <br /> on the left side of the sheet, and margins not less than <br /> Supp. No. 23 1146 <br />
