<br /> Art. Y, § E APPENDIX C-SUBDIVISIONS Art. Y, § E <br /> three-fourths inches on the other three (3) sides. This <br /> plat shall be drawn at a scale not smaller than one <br /> hundred (100) feet to one inch, or in accordance with <br /> the county in which it is required. Where more than <br /> one sheet is necessary to accommodate the entire area, <br /> an index sheet showing the entire subdivision at an <br /> appropriate scale shall be attached to the plat. <br /> b. The final plat shall be submitted in fifteen (15) blue or <br /> black line copies which shall contain all of the fea- <br /> tures required for preliminary plats in Article V, Sec- <br /> tion D and it shall be accompanied by site improve- <br /> ment data bearing the seal of a registered professional <br /> engineer, and detailed cost estimates of streets, storm <br /> drainage, water, and sewer facilities to be installed. <br /> After the commission has considered the request and <br /> final approval has been established, the subdivider <br /> shall provide the planning department with two (2) <br /> reproducible mylars (one for the city and one for the <br /> Hays County Appraisal District) and one blue line <br /> linen within ninety (90) days of approval of the plat <br /> unless there are extenuating circumstances explained <br /> in writing to the planning department requesting an <br /> extension. The director of planning, or the director's <br /> désignee, shall obtain the signatures and record the <br /> plat at the appropriate county courthouse. <br /> c. The final plat and the accompanying site improvement <br /> data and detailed cost estimates shall be approved by <br /> the director of public works. <br /> d. A partial vacation instrument will be duly acknowl- <br /> edged by the owners or proprietors of the land being <br /> vacated prior to resubdivision or replatting of said <br /> land. <br /> (1) With regard to a plat that is a replat of an origi- <br /> nal plat file pursuant to Article 974a, V.T.C.S., or <br /> a replat filed pursuant to that statute, a partial <br /> vacation instrument signed by all property own- <br /> ers owning property located within the original <br /> plat or replat agreeing to the resubdivision of exist- <br /> ing lots. <br /> Supp. No. 23 1147 <br />
