<br /> Art. V, § E SAN MARCOS CODE Art. V, § E <br /> (2) With regard to all other plats, a partial vacation <br /> instrument duly acknowledged by the owners of <br /> the land being vacated. <br /> e. In addition to the various requirements for the prelim- <br /> inary plat, the final plat shall also include the following: <br /> (1) An accurate boundary survey of the property, with <br /> bearings and distances referenced to survey lines <br /> and established subdivisions, showing pertinent <br /> data concerning property immediately adjacent in <br /> dashed lines. <br /> (2) The exact location, dimensions, name and <br /> description of all existing or recorded streets, <br /> alleys, reserva tions, easements, or public <br /> rights-of-way within the subdivision, inter- <br /> secting or contiguous with its boundary or <br /> forming such boundary, with accurate dimen- <br /> sions bearing or deflecting angles and radii, <br /> area and central angle, degree of curvature, <br /> tangent distance and length of all curves <br /> where appropriate. <br /> (3) The exact location, dimensions, description <br /> and name of all proposed streets, alleys, <br /> drainage easements, parks, public areas, <br /> resérvations, easements or rights-of-way, <br /> blocks, lots and significant sites within the <br /> subdivision, with accurate dimensions bearing <br /> or deflecting angles and radii, area and <br /> central angles, degree of curvature, tangent <br /> distance and length of all curves where <br /> appropriate. <br /> (4) The location of all front, rear and side <br /> building setback lines, if different from what <br /> the zoning ordinance reqUires, or- if the <br /> developer desires and the commission ap- <br /> proves a more restrictive setback, in which <br /> case the setback will also be a private <br /> covenant. <br /> (5) Location and description of monuments which <br /> shall be placed at each corner of the boundary <br /> survey of the subdivision. <br /> Supp. No. 23 1148 <br />
